Pathways and Transitions Coordinator

St Joseph’s Schools, works with young people who are disengaged from mainstream education with the aim of re-engaging them in creative, meaningful and intentional learning. Our schools work with young people through a trauma informed approach respectful to the educational needs of each learner.

This role is responsible to support St Joseph’s to successfully transition young people from school to post-school options including employment, further qualifications and higher learning.

The Pathways and Transitions Coordinator will work with the campuses of St Joseph’s to develop pathways, assist with goal setting and provide learning choices to ensure young people are prepared and resourced to leave school successfully. They will build and contribute to local networks and partnerships to strengthen community connections with St Joseph’s central office and school sites.

You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing ASAP, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
