St Joseph’s Schools, works with young people who are disengaged from mainstream education with the aim of re-engaging them in creative, meaningful and intentional learning. Our schools work with young people through a trauma informed approach respectful to the educational needs of each learner.

Reporting to the Director Human Resources and Safety, this role will be a leadership and operational member of the St Joseph’s Central Office team, responsible for systems, quality and accreditation, risk management and compliance engaging in strategic partnerships and implementation and evaluation of programs.

We are looking for a full time Risk & Compliance Manager to join our team, working at our Carlton Central Office with some travel to school sites.

You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing ASAP, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
