St Joseph’s Schools, works with young people who are disengaged from mainstream education with the aim of re-engaging them in creative, meaningful and intentional learning.
Our schools work with young people through a trauma informed approach respectful to the educational needs of each learner. Reporting to the Director of Practice, the Manager of Practice and Community is accountable for providing leadership around FLC practices including Operation by Principles and Common Ground.
The position is also responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all school rhythms and routines within the school community. This will include ensuring traditions, cultural and multi-faith celebrations are recognised and respected within the school community.
You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing ASAP, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
