St Joseph’s Schools, works with young people who are disengaged from mainstream education with the aim of re-engaging them in creative, meaningful and intentional learning. Our schools work with young people through a trauma informed approach respectful to the educational needs of each learner.

Reporting to and supporting the Director – EREA Victorian Flexible Schools, to successfully plan and improve flexible learning schools programs, portfolios, partnerships and profile to deliver successful outcomes for the business and for young people.

Working in both a research and strategic capacity across the campuses of St. Joseph’s, the Director of Research, Service Improvement, Data and Partnerships will support the review of current capabilities and programs and plan and implement the delivery and/or uplift new programs and service processes to align with the strategic initiatives of the St Joseph’s Central Office and school campuses.

This will be a fast-paced role with a range of multi-faceted challenges that come with leadership in a complex, transforming and innovative organisation.

You will be employed on an ongoing basis, commencing ASAP, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
